The administrative judges are becoming increasingly more important in the French and Italian legal systems. Their powers and possibilities of influencing institutional life are increasingly broad. Therefore, it seems appropriate to analyze how the powers of the administrative judges are configured and how they are evolving. Due to the proximity of the French and Italian models of administrative justice, it seemed interesting to investigate this field from a comparative perspective.
